Common questions
Is EXGO therapy?
No. It's a support tool after a breakup: short lessons, a chat with an AI assistant and message analysis. If things are really bad, call 112 or 999 (UK).
Will my ex know I use EXGO?
No. EXGO never contacts anyone on your behalf. The app reads the screenshot on your phone and the photo is not sent to the server, only the text goes to the analysis.
What do I get for free?
The first 3 lessons, 10 chat messages and 1 screenshot analysis. Pause, the Vault and exercises are always free.
Is it a subscription?
No. You buy full access once: for a week or for good. Nothing renews by itself.
Does it work on iPhone?
For now the app is on Android in Google Play. Soon on iPhone too.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. In the app go to Me → Data and account and delete the account with its data.
